Empowering Futures, Spreading Grace

Supporting Communities Through Compassion and Action

ABOUT
Our Story

Daughters of Richgrace started because we saw many vulnerable people, especially women and children, in Cameroon and Nigeria who were being forgotten or hurt by harmful traditions. We felt a strong calling to help them. Our journey began with a simple desire: to bring them hope, safety, and a chance for a better life. We believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and love. From a small idea, we grew into a foundation that now provides housing, education, and skills training to those who need it most.

Our Mission

We aim to reach, rescue, and empower individuals who are neglected or hurt by harmful practices. We do this by providing them with safe homes, education, job skills, and spiritual guidance. We want to heal the past and build a strong future for them.

Our Vision

Our dream is a world where every vulnerable woman and child we serve is safe, educated, and financially independent. We want to help them become leaders and successful members of their communities, breaking the cycle of poverty and harm forever.

Our Team

We are a group of passionate volunteers, dedicated staff, and supportive partners who all share the same goal. Our team includes teachers, mentors, medical experts (who train the TBAs), and administrators. Even though we come from different backgrounds, we are united by our faith and our commitment to serving these communities. Every person on our team is a key part of the healing and empowerment process.

HOUSING & FEEDING SUPPORT

We offer a safe place to stay and regular, healthy meals for vulnerable people, especially those who have been hurt by bad traditions or neglect. When someone is in danger, our first step is to give them a secure environment. This support provides them with the stability and safety they need before they can begin learning, healing, and planning for their future.

EDUCATION & SCHOLARSHIPS

We firmly believe that education is the strongest tool for changing a life. Our program is focused on raising funds for scholarships so that children and teenage girls can attend school. This takes away the financial burden and gives them a chance to learn, grow, and break the cycle of poverty. Education gives them hope and the skills to succeed as adults.

VOCATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING

To help women and girls become independent, we offer practical job training. This isn't just theory; we teach them real-world skills that allow them to earn a living and support themselves and their families. By having economic power, they gain confidence and respect in their communities. This program is all about sustainable empowerment.

WOMEN & GIRLS EMPOWERMENT

Empowerment means giving women and girls the strength and tools to make choices that affect their lives. This includes teaching them about their rights, building their self-esteem, and offering mentorship. Whether it's through skills training, education, or discipleship, our goal is to help them realise their full potential and become influential, positive voices in their homes and communities.

TRAINING TRADITIONAL BIRTH ATTENDANTS (TBAs)

In the communities we serve, TBAs are important healthcare providers. We give them essential training in safe delivery practices, hygiene, and how to spot danger signs during pregnancy. By teaching them better methods, we are directly working to save the lives of mothers and babies and improve overall maternal health in rural areas.

Partner with Us
The Daughters of Richgrace Foundation is working hard to help young girls and needs your support to keep their important ministries running. We have big dreams and goals, but we need assistance to make them come true!

Think of everything we do, from bringing girls together for spiritual growth and fun at the Yearly Camp Meeting, to teaching valuable Skills Acquisition during our Quarterly Discipleship Meetings.

We also reach out to our community with love through the Yearly Feeding Program every December. To continue this crucial work, we are seeking assistance with the following needs that will truly make a difference in the lives of the girls we serve.

Key Ministry Needs
  • Sienna Bus (for safe transportation)
  • Missionaries’ Monthly Allowance (to support our dedicated staff)
  • Quarterly Discipleship / Skills Acquisition (to run the training sessions)
  • Yearly Camp Meeting (to cover all the costs of this inspiring annual event)
  • Yearly Feeding Program (to purchase food and relief materials)
  • Sanitary Items / Cosmetics (to ensure the girls have basic hygiene supplies)
  • Accommodation (to provide a safe place for the neglected girls and for our work)
  • Generator (to ensure consistent electricity for training and meetings)
